That's not totally accurate, there is some evidence that Trump could be a pedophile. For starters, we have Trump's own admission of ogling underage girls in the dressing rooms of the pageant he was involved in. We know for a fact that he spent time with Epstein. If (if) he is indeed in the Epstein files that could be further evidence toward that conclusion.
That said, even I would not want Trump incarcerated or deported as a pedophile without due process, standing trial, first.

Personally, I oppose sentencing before an actual conviction.

The pageant Trump was talking about was not a teen event.
It was adults. It's bad enough but it didn't involve minors.
Besides that pedophiles are only interested in children who haven't gone through puberty.

Oh...I see. So now all of a sudden, preponderance of the evidence in the court of public opinion is okay to judge someone as long as they are a sitting president named Trump. Three other former teen beauty queens, who wished to remain anonymous, corroborated Billado's account. They recalled the girls hurrying to cover themselves, with one calling Trump's behavior "shocking" and "creepy."


Buzzfeed also contacted eleven other contestants from the same pageant who had no recollection of Trump entering the dressing room.

Difference in testimonies are precisely why sentencing should not precede the trial.
It's precisely why a deportation or incarceration should not take place without due process, and that applies to anyone from Trump down.
