During Tuesday’s White House briefing, Jackson asked Spicer, if Trump already has proof that President Barack Obama illegally wiretapped him then why would he call for a congressional investigation instead of simply presenting his evidence?

And so if anyone get caught in a lie, that they will be persecuted for perjury But if it doesn't goes to court and he tells his source, then the democrats will start another one of their propaganda campaign that his source has came from Russian's intelligence. Because they can lie as long as it is not in a court of law, because of freedom of speech claus. But if they are in the court, that they are sworn to tell the truth, and if they lie, the public will know that they are liars and then they will be in a cell alone with Bubba for a long period of time. That is why they do not want to take the President to court for defamation of character, calling them fake news that has hurt their reputation. But that if the President claims were false.

Just what was "The Donald" doing at 6:00 on a Saturday morning that would give him the idea that Obama had wiretapped his campaign?

Given that access to America's intelligence community is just a phone call away for the President, why wouldn't he at least take the time to verify the facts before tweeting his suspicions to the world?

There's still someone in his cabinet that still has left their heart in the Obama administration. And so maybe his sources doesn't want to reveal themselves until they are in a courtroom setting to tell their story. It is probably someone from the Obama administration like COMEY that are repenting about their past and want to make everything new again, or great again. They doesn't want to be consider as a Russian's agent before they goes to trial, or they might throw away their testimony and then Soros might start his campaign about them of being a radical racist womanizer Russian' agent who defected to Korea, wearing a Prolife tattoo on his belly.

President Trump could appoint someone to investigate, but it is better off done by Congress. More open and transparent that way. Plus, it may keep the opposition busy for a while.
