Is it blasphemous? If so is blasphemy something that pleases God?

Blasphemy can only be commited in their hearts. I cannot know their hearts, so I can't judge. There's a lot to be said for a person's intent rather than the action itself here.

But anyway, that's not what the OP was about. Just explaining my comment.

Actually, he was born in Africa, according to his grandmother (who had no reason to lie). That is kinda east(ish).

I don't believe he is the anti-Christ, necessarily. It could be anyone, but it will be someone who affects a peace agreement in the middle-east (in his human persona). He doesn't become the anti-Christ till 3.5 years into the tribulation. So, I'm not sure what this has to do with the length of the presidential term.

Oh that came from a friend of mine who said he believes the book is talking about the beast reigning for 42 months which by my calculations is equivalent to 3.5 years. So I correlated reigning and ruling together and said "Can't be"

I have gotten lots of videos forwarded to me with people claiming Obama to be the Anti Christ so I had to pose the question here at least.

Some vids ( i looked them up by title tonight cause I deleted them in my email) As I told my husband I am not gonna jump on the BOH=Ant-Christ bandwagon unless I see some pretty solid proof. So far lottery #s and speculation is not proof for me. I rely on actual proof.

it seems more like mockery to me.....and just plain idiotic...

I mean, do people in those Asian countries make stupid effigies of their secular leaders and dress them up as the Dalai Lama and act out stuff from their religious writings for fun or something? It just seems like really bad taste whatever it is....

I doubt Obama is the anti-Christ! And this coming from someone who cannot stand the man's policies. I support the President, just not his policies... in the words of one famous Talk Radio Host

That said, I am afraid of some of his supporters. They seem fanatical to the point of almost worshiping the man as a deity. Now, they scare me.

Probably yes, I think so...but I don't know for certain....Jesus said that blasphemy of the Holy Spirit was unforgiveable. Yikes, that is terrifying.
