I already showed you that. Maybe these companies had racist hiring practices and needed to balance out the scales a little bit.

you are implying that the nationwide inequalities in the salaries of black people is attributable to the quality of colleges and how well they do in college so if you aren't suggesting that black people can't get into prestigious universities or can't perform at the same level academically as other races what are you saying?
