I'm afraid my little brother is back on meth - I don't know 100% for sure, as I have been off of it for over 2 years and he wouldn't tell me that kind of thing.

What makes you think he’s back on meth? I know that drug addiction is a very serious matter. In most cases it is not likely to go away of its own accord; more often than not, recovery requires professional guidance and family involvement in an accredited rehabilitation program. I will certainly be praying for your brother and your family. May God bring healing to your household.
