Men should be allowed to tell women to shut it when it comes to manly things. They dont know whats manly, men do.

When i want advice on how to make brownies I'll ask the women, when I want advice on whats manly, Im gonna ask the men. And not the fruity men in pink that like to clean, be secretaries and go to the opra either. Im talking about Pick-Up truck drivin, Gun Toting, Campin, Huntin, Skynyrd Lovin, Cowboy Boots, Baseball Cap, Jeans, Dog Lovin, Cat hatin, College Football Fans with a Little WWE/UFC thrown in for good measure. Thats the kind of men we take advice from. Not french men. (yea, I went there).

JK ladies.

But seriously though.

Men should be allowed to do what they want.... without girls telling them what they should be allowed to do.

Anyone else notice this? Half the thread is girls telling us(guys) what we should be allowed to do.... like we dont already know....

I have no issues with wearing pink when I need/want to dress decent. Although you will never catch me in pink when I am camping or working on a car. :)

We still love you girls.... just a funny observation.

Men should be allowed to be themselves without having to live up to some macho stereotype ideal that some people thought up a loooong time ago.

Women are sooo strong about taking away the wimpy girl thing (A woman can do what a man can do. Same work - same pay. etc...) Why shouldn't this be the same for the man? If we want to be truly equal...then take away the macho stereotype as well as the wimpy girl type!!

funny tothink that that kinda man still exists? but never mind shows the world isnt perfect! u seem rather obsessed with PROVING your masculinity. surly a man will do what he wishes within the law and not worry what people think of him?

This isn't a rant or anything, but it's not a funny observation because this thread was made here, not in the men's shed. If ya post in here, you're gonna get both genders involved. (I know you didn't mean it in a bad way ;) I'm just clarifying that any threads made here will always involve both the ladies and the gentlemen.) We like you guys too, we're sticking up for ya.

Perfect! I would extend that to the theatre, as well. I don't know a single guy who would admit to frequenting the theatre, symphonies or the opera houses without fear of getting their bums kicked.
My 17 yr. old brother would. he loves all that stuff way more then I do. I'm not even into that stuff. He loves classical music, theatres, musicals, etc. Everyone he knows or meets pretty much knows it.

Anyways, men should be able to express their feelings and show some emotion.

:D LOL, me telling you what you should be allowed to do is hardly the same as telling you what you should do! I'm just giving you more options, that's a good thing, relax!

I don't have problems with air guitars really - it doesn't really bother me, I have silly habits too.

I was just joking around. Maybe I should have added a bunch more smily faces to my post to convey that I was kidding. :D

Men should be able to express opinions like mine and JacobHall86's without drawing the ire of feminists and derailing a topic or bringing a lawsuit.

The ignorance must be pointed out though. :)

I choose to shake the dust off my feet at this point.
