Okay, so I fooled around and didn't make that appointment with my friend's therapist like I'd planned......My parents came over the beginning of last week and noticed my major weight loss, my house was a mess, (which is not me) and I was to the point of being numb..........So, my mom suggested taking me to the hospital, and since I respect my momma so much and I know she knows me better than anyone and can spot the signs of an episode in the making a mile away, I went.....I was hospitalized for three days and I am now on Remeron (which not only helps me sleep, it makes me eat) She put me on Tegritol, but changed it to Equetro when I was released. It has really helped me so far, and it has prevented me from doing something stupid....MAJOR PLUS!!!



I want to thank each and every one of you for your support and for listening to me beller on and on. It really means a lot to me to have wonderful people like you in my life. God is so wonderful!!!

I'll be off of here for about a week, but hope to return real soon.

Thank you. Remeron has also helped me gain the weight that I've been longing to gain for so long. I weighed 98 lbs when I went into the hospital. As of about 4 days ago, I weighed 102, and have gained a little since then. My goal weight is 120 at least, so y'all keep praying. I know God is listening.

Aww. I'm so happy for you. Sounds like we are about the same weight. It's nice to find someone who struggles with weight the way that I do. It is a real struggle for me. And my current med combo seems to be making it a little worse at the moment. Most women just envy me or roll their eyes when I say I struggle with the need to gain weight. They don't understand how serious of a health problem it can be! good luck in your quest. I too aiming for about 120 currently 107.

I'm so glad to hear that you didn't fight your Mom. You were headed toward this for a spell now and many of us here were concerned for you.

You keep doing what you do best and enjoy the rest that you've been granted.

Thank you berry. I know about the eye-rolling thing all to well. I do agree that most don't understand the health issues that go along with being so under-weight. I thank God for every pound that I gain. I consider it a real blessing!

Stephen!! I'm sorry if I worried anyone. I thank all for their concern from the bottom of my heart. Things are finally looking up for me and I'm so glad. I've been on such a roller-coaster ride. Thank you for sitting in the seat next to me and hearing all I've had to say. My friends are so wonderful and I thank God for each and every one of you!!

Glad to hear you are feeling better. I will pray for you and esp to gain weight, as I pray for me to lose. In mayn ways the battle is similiar just in different directions. Yes, I can imagine the eye rolls you get in our society full of tooo muc focus on being underweight and veyr unhealthy place to be. May God bless you both with stability of mind thru your meds and a safe and healthy weight!!!
