I confirmed with Nexia that this was a bug that he was in the process of fixing. I'll explain the way its working to our new developer when he starts.

Yes, you will. My understanding is that getting reports back up and running is one of the priorities. Until then, if you run across an egregious violation of the rules, you can send a PM to a mod of that forum with the URL of the post. Moderators are now listed at the BOTTOM of the forum pages.

It's another of the things that was turned off during the initial upgrade, and may be re-added later.

I just spoke with Nexia about the problem in more detail. He had installed a plugin which was supposed to increase our functionality but it ended up breaking it. I have disabled the plugin and it seems that things are back in order.

We are now set to 40 clicks per day, and 5 people have to be repped before you can rep a person again.
When we get the site supporter stuff back in place we'll work around the 5 clicks per day

u have to rep 5 people before you can rep the same person again

and mods are keeping a constant eye....in one of the threads a lot of abuses were being hurled and in a minute the posts were gone!!!!
