Well just like when I met my husband (at first) God will probably have to practically beat me over the head, tackle me and pin me down, and shake it into me LOL (can you picture it ) when/if another guy comes into my life. Right now I care more about being in God's will for my life, and doing what God wants me to do and trying to get my children grown without any major distractions so....

Peacechild, glad to be encouraging to you but just know I mean every word!
On a side note, my older son informed me this morning that he will be able to go to church on Sunday because he switched shifts with his friend (because his friend asked him to) So YAY!!!! Just the fact that he wants to go to church is a plus and this will be the second time in a month but only the 3rd time since he started his job a year ago. So Thank you Jesus!

Why does everyone say that want to visit me.. lol.. that is so sweet though.. but I really would bore you to tears... yes heaven will be awesome.. no dissabilities.. broken relationships or troubles communicating..

Well I don't know why "everyone" says that, but I say it because for some reason all my life I've wanted to go to Australia. I don't know know why. But if someone said you can go on a trip anywhere THAT is where I would choose. Again WHY I couldn't tell you, I don't even really know that much about it except that there are sharks in the waters at the beach and the accents are quite heavy and I've heard working people get a 3 week holiday (which we call vacation) lol. But since I now "know" someone that actually lives there, it would be even more fun. But not to worry, I won't have those kind of finances, probably ever in my lifetime unless I win the lottery that I don't play lol.

Went to church this week with my oldest son. Second time in a month he has been able to go YaY! But he was so tired and grumpy I was really just trying not to upset him (just by talking to him ). Then I came home, made some food and baked some cookies. Soaked up some rays in my pool. Then I mad cleaned my house, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and doing laundry. Got the last load in the dryer this morning and I feel great that I got to enjoy some vitamin D AND get so much accomplished. Today I am very tired though and not focused. Was hard to focus on prayer this morning and my reading. At work now so.....Anyway that's how I spent my father's day lol.

By a very peculiar set of circumstances I actually was able to visit my father's grave this past Saturday. He had his remains buried near his folk's home in Tifton, Georgia, and because of finances I haven't been able to get down there since he died in 2007. This time a business trip took me to Florida, and since my uncle's place is right on the way back I stopped in for a visit. My aunt took me to the grave site and to the old farmhouse where my grandparents used to live, so I was able to pay respects to my father on Saturday.

I haven't been down that way since 1979, I simply haven't had the money to make the trip. I might not have made it now if I hadn't changed jobs this past April. God really does work His will in mysterious ways.

Glad you went to church with your son.. I tried on Sunday both services and did not get to one.. sigh.. so yippee for you..
