I forget your winters start as our summers begin. Was near 90 here today with the usual unbearable Southern humidity. Mowed part of my yard tonight and am now absolutely exhausted.

It is strange isn't it completely different weather, glad you got some of your yard mowed... and get a bit of a rest.. hard to sleep if the nights are warm...

It is Saturday here.. afternoon.. very chilly out.. with two of my kids at an internet cafe.. for a few hours..

A day late, a dollars short--- I note by the time stamp that PC4's post came on at 1:44 AM my time, by that time the afternoon is winding down there. Here, as I write this the clock shows 5:25 AM here, Saturday morning. The sun might be up but it's cloudy so who can say?

I've been off work for two days now-- expedited freight is like that, busy as can be one week then a lull, right now I'm going through a soft time. At least I'm at home to do it, some expedited drivers have to spend downtime away from home--- that really can be hard.

Not bad .. only spend 150. Got 2 window binds and a new main electrical panel. Don't know when I'll get it installed but I got it now.

Found out the other day thru some emails being "returned undeliverable" to me that my email was compromised and it sent out messages (and even personalized them with first names!) to my whole address book from me (but not from me me if you know what I mean). FREAKED me out. I immediately changed my password and called cox to find out if there was anything more I needed to do. They said no. I also created a fake email address in my address book so I will know if this happens again because the only way I knew it happened this time is some of them came back because the emails were no longer valid. So today, I go to get on my computer at home and my security essentials tells me I have to restart my computer to "clean it up" so I do, and WOW I sat here for 45 minutes while it did it's ckdisk and it was forever recovering orphaned files (whatever that means) and finally finally it restarted. So NOW still freaked out, but luckily for me, my BIL just called and he is in town. He doesn't know it, but I am going to ask him to check my computer to see if he sees anything weird (cuz he's a computer guy). GRRRRR this is the first time something of this sort has happened to me and I'm still a little freaked about what they MAY know about me still.

Pretty amazing what a virus can do ... I really don't get what modivates the guys that write them! Glad it looks like the virus didn't do anything too bad.

Sunday afternoon here.. gosh I know boring isn't it just to talk about that.. LOL.. just logging on for a bit.. miss my friends online and need the encouragement.. I signed papers just days ago to end my marriage.. hopefully when everything settles down.. my new life will begin..

So last night I knock on my son's door. He had a friend over (guy) and it was locked. Walk in to find they are drinking shots of vodka! I was stunned and didn't really know how to react so I told him "well you can't drink and drive" cuz he had picked his friend up. Also asked where they got the alcohol and it was from the friend. So this morning I get up and our puppy goes in his room and won't quit licking the trash can and I'm trying to shoo her out of the room and my son gets up and puts the bag that was in the trash bag in our bigger trash and I ask him what was in it that she was trying to get THROW UP! So I'm guessing he got sick and this morning he got up early and took a shower (not normal) took some ibuprofen and had a stomach ache. I surely hope this deters him. Going to have a talk with him about it tonight.
Then I talked to my step daughter and it appears that my other step daughter (her sister) said that even though she is "supposed" to be a christian she can never forgive me for ganging up with her ex when they got divorced. WOW! I didn't do that really, but she had an adulterous affair and I stayed in contact with her ex because of the grandkids. SHE shut me out but I hold no angst against her and was hoping someday she would get over whatever it is she's mad at me for cuz she's never said and today is the first I finally found out about it. I just feel bad for HER cuz if she doesn't forgive me God won't forgive her and I already forgave her for her actions.
