No, it's greek.

I'm posting this thread to encourage others to get into the new testament in the original greek language. If I can learn greek, anyone can. Reading the new testament in the original language is very rewarding, and not that difficult. Not any more difficult than Spanish or French.

I agree, it was a demon expelled. This is why they were healed. Not epilepsy or some other disease (like you have posted on other forums)

It could be the writer's (Matthew's) idea of what was going on.
