Massive anxiety attacks

Are you disobeying any of God's biblical commands or laws? Is the "path" a moral path? Or is it some other path that the Bible doesn't talk about?

I feel like I was about to fulfill my purpose---then it got derailed by my action.

If it was a God given purpose, something he wanted you to do, he will give you the opportunity again.
But maybe it wasn't, and God was preventing you from making a mistake.
Or maybe the derailment was him saying "wait", or so that you could learn something.

What is God saying to you now, and how do you plan to go forward, with his help, from this?

I'm perplexed with what to do with myself and my life. It's like I'm in darkness. Children of the light probably dont experience this state that I'm in.

You might consider doing volunteer work. In helping others you might receive help yourself. Learning a trade can help take away depression. Learning the Gospels may be better than video gaming. Learning a foreign language is a challenge. Learning health and nutrition is good.

I don't think that the motions themselves are the issue... It is the basis of them. Following Yoga, not just doing the stretches... is the issue...

Telling someone to get involved with Yoga... is not good advice, IMO, on a Christian forum...It's roots are not biblical and in many cases are unbiblical.

Seriously have no idea what to do. I messed up Gods plan for my life and I feel there's no way back. Help?

I wrote you earlier, but I want to say one more thing. At the depth of my major depression, I experienced two severe anxiety attacks. God's solution was the Bible's pattern, which is not in the western culture, lamenting. Read Job 3, 7, 10; Psalms 6, 13, 22, 37, 88; and Lamentations 3 for examples. Unload your feelings openly and honestly to God in private prayer along with your praises and petitions for others persistently until he gives you peace (Philippians 4:6,7). I did, and I haven't had depression or anxiety attacks for more than 3 decades. You're on my prayer list.

I think Bible has many interesting scriptures for this case of darkness and light.

If you are in darkness, I think it means you are not in the words of Jesus. If you don’t want to be in darkness, come back to Jesus and the words he declared.

I felt this so deeply. I was so lost, and felt so worthless. I tried to disguise that feeling by dabbling in the occult and going down the rabbit hole, but it did nothing for me. It left me emptier and more desolate than before, though I did walk away with some powerful life lessons under my belt and a better attitude overall.

That emptiness could only have been filled by Christ. My wretched experience with the spirit realm was God's way of telling me "No, I have greater plans for you. You deserve so much more."

Please don't get discouraged--God wants us to be happy and use our gifts to glorify Him. You are never off track--unless you CHOOSE to. And in all honesty, even your choice may wind up divinely inspired regardless.
