You keep chipping away at our personal Freedoms and pretty soon, you don't have no Personal Freedoms any more.

How do you define "freedom"? Freedom from what? Freedom to do what? What is the goal or the objective of this "freedom"?

We have 34,000 deaths by firearms in this country every year. The only large-ish country with more per capita mass shootings is Yemen. Crime rates in the US are similar to those in other modern countries, but our crimes are more lethal because of the proliferation of guns. What is this "freedom" providing you that is worth the cost that's being paid?

500 people shot and about 70 died in Las Vegas and yet, here we are rehashing the same old talking points, I don’t even know how many mass shootings later.

That is a little disingenuous, we do not have a gun loving culture. We have the 2nd Amendment to our Constitution that allows private citizens to possess firearms for lawful reasons. This was a criminal act, by someone bent on murder. 99.9% of firearms in private hands will never be used in a crime.

the rest of the world has figured it out, laws that allow private citizens to own firearms designed to kill people is not a good idea. how many mass shootings does it take to figure this out? wiki has a count for 2019 at 248 mass shootings.
