Masonry??

Such curses thrive on ignorance and arrogance. They are nullified by knowledge and humility.

I would beg to differ. :) They may come in that way, but from my experience, they go out through forgivness and breaking them in the name of jesus. However everyone needs to be led personally in spiritual matters in my opinion because relying on 'formulas' can be self defeating and dangerous in the spiritual realm.

Our Messiah will always reveal the source of our problems, particularly when they are not physical but spiritual. These things are discovered by prayer, and when the curse is broken then healing will come.:)

 (and don't forget forgiveness)

I never quite understood why grown men will take secret oaths and dress up in weird costumes just to belong to a group. Adolescents, yes; adults, hmmmm.

My ex-father-in-law, a Pentecostal man and deacon in his AOG church, was a former Mason. One evening a group of us wanted to know a little about it and grilled him about some of the secret oaths he had taken and practices of Masonry. He was terrified and even wept, begging us not to ask him any more questions. He had made the silly oaths and to break them was, he felt, a death penalty. This godly man was truly frightened. Apparently, the perfect love he professed had not cast out the fear in him.

Years later, before he contracted terminal cancer of the colon, he returned to the Masons.

Sad story that they had such a hold on him, even so late in life.

As a Christian you should not be taking an OATH.
Majority of the hip hop rappers and R&b singers are freemasons/illuminati. Yes, they do great things for the society, but that is how they draw people in. Once you are in, you have to swear or take up an oath with them.
They worship Lucifer. Youtube has all the videos.

So as not to hijack another thread, I was wondering if anyone who has a background in masonry can share some of your experiences. I have heard a lot of talk about it, but I'm totally ignorant of the whole issue of masonry. Would love to hear from anyone; if you would rather PM me, that would be cool too. Just trying to educate myself on the subject.

Hello:wave:

The Pentecostal/WOF church I used to attend had a guest speaker called Derek Roberts 'Freedom from Freemasonry Ministries'. The treasurer of the church had put his name forward and invited him. As expected he drew a crowd, but he caused massive ructions with what he was saying.

That was a pentecostal church and several people in the leadership left the conference in disgust, FM in their closet.

My cousin used to attend an Elim church but left because the pastor was a mason.

Its amazing how much hold Masonry has over the pentecostal church and over CHristians.

:sorry:

I think this quote says it all.

We are talking about rich Jews who most other Jews wouldn’t even recognize: they are Freemasons. They worship Lucifer and think God is evil.
Do Jews Control the World?

I do not endorse this website. I merely present the evidence.

Very true. My friend has aunts who is part of the Eastern Star. There was an initiation process but they would not tell her what she had to do. But for sure they did tell her if she broke any oaths, the penalty would be death. They all laughed as if it was a joke when it wasn't. :o

Sad story that he had to go back to them. How heart breaking.

My brother got into it through his father in law. I believe he is out of it now and a true christian but not sure if he renounced his involvement or saw the danger in it. We don't talk much about stuff like that as he lives out of town. gg

That isn't evidence. It is one woman's opinion based on her global conspiracy theory.

Unfortunately Masonry seems to be a subject that is brimming over with conspiracies and paranoid nonsense. Christians seem to be easily dragged into this, abandoning all reasoning and desire for evidence.

Well, if not, it is at least there insistence on being a “secret” society that draws suspicion. Not only is Masonry juvenile, IMO, with grown men (even former presidents of the U.S.) taking silly secret oaths and dressing up in funny costumes, but it creates conspiracy theories by being, well, conspiratorial in their insistence on being “secret.”

Hello Everyone,

Here are three very good sites to learn about the incompatibility of Freemasonry and biblical Christianity.

The Order of Former Freemasons

Ex-Masons for Jesus

Ephesians 5:11

As a former 32 degree Mason myself, please feel free to ask me any questions. I do not come here very often, so if I do not reply soon, please be patient. Otherwise, feel free to email me at the address in my profile.

Thanks, and Merry Christmas to you all!

It is a man's opinion.

Masonry is a religion. Any religion that is not Christianity is not from God.

Hi,

View questions...

I understand that if you are 30 degree or higher you are actually a luciferian? So they must know who the true masonry god is?
If you should share any of their "secrets" they will try to kill you?
Is it so that at the end of the day freemasonry boils down to power and sex?
I see freemasonry everywhere in our churches, how bad is it really?

I have lots of questions, but if you can answer these for now I will be very thankful.

Thanks
