CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Please pray for major struggles going on in my training right now (training to be an air traffic controller). More specifically, concentration issues. I'm naturally absentminded and a bit scatterbrained to begin with, but it's affecting my work on the scopes - for example, I'll issue an instruction to an aircraft and mix up the direction of turn (saying one thing but thinking another thing), or I'll call an aircraft by another aircraft's callsign. I have no problem separating aircraft and noticing potential conflicts but the concentration issues are threatening the continuation of my ATC training.

God is working...
Set up the 2nd interview for Wed. next week.
and....
This morning I saw something that I have not seen in almost 4 months. We have a bathroom connected to our bedroom. After my shower, etc. I went to get dressed. My wife was sleeping facing the bathroom light with her left hand outside the covers. As I was going toward our dresser, I noticed something shiny on her hand. I looked closer and it was a ring. Upon closer examination, it was her wedding band on her left ring finger! Something I haven't seen for almost 4 months since she took it off for the 4th time in the last couple of years.
I don't know what that means exactly in her mind, but I'm taking it as a sign from God that things are changing in her heart.
Today is a good day! Praise be to God!
WOOOT!!! BTDT and it was a huge deal for me (taking it off and putting it back on again later). That is awesome!!! Continue to be patient and prayerful and hopefully things will keep moving in a positive direction! Marriage restoration sure can be slow-moving but since it's a lifetime commitment who cares if it takes weeks, months or even years!!! Best of luck to you two.

I, too, am happy to see God working in your marriage.
On another note, I'm soliciting prayers that God will give me the strength to accept whatever he allows. I'm not divorced yet and my wife is still committing adultery. I know I can't change her but God can if he desires to do so. I'm just gonna trust that he knows what's best for me.

Praying that God work it all out.
Hubby has been out of a job since last September and bills are really getting tight. Could I please ask for prayer that God will lead him in the right direction?

DH and I are looking for an apartment and I am looking for a job that I can work from home. Please pray that God leads me to the right job and that he leads us to the right apartment. The more money we can make, the sooner we can move out.

We had 10 items left, mostly clothing! I made enough for most of our grocery money next month! Woohoo! And only two hagglers on really easy things. The bicycle didn't sell
but we are trying craigslist.Thanks for the prayers on it! I hope I never have to have another one!
And thanks for the prayers on my husbands trip. He had a great trip and arrived home safely and hasn't stopped loving on me since he came home!
