I don't think a micro-chip is going to be the mark. I can see it as a pre-mark. Training the population.

Rev 13 says... 15 And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. 16 Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, 17so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name.

I think the bold part might be a reference to AI..when it becomes self aware....the singularity.

As in the days of Noah....transhumanism. Another attempt when Satan tries to ruin Gods humanity.

With everything that is happening, the logical conclusion I come to, is that in one way or another, people with compatibale implants are going to be connected to some kind of computer.

Now something else that needs considering, in Rev 16:2 the reference to the word "sore" is that a plural or singular? The reason I ask because the greek word concerned is G1668 helkos and can be used as either sore or sores.

The question is how was it understood in the greek? Does the english translation match how the passage was understood in the greek?

If it was to be understood in a plural context, could this be a reference to sores all over the body? Could the sore/sores be in reference to foreign bodies inside the human body?

If a person is injected with nanobots, that person will have foreign bodies inside them. If that is the case, could the description given in Rev 16.2 be a reference to foreign bodies inside a person?
