I wish more people would realize intelligence is not static. (You're not born with a set amount of intelligence that can't change. One CAN increase or decrease one's intelligence depending on what one does. As in, what you eat and drink, what mentality you adopt, whether ypou exercise. Particularly walking... Etc.)

Actually... Come to think of it, how is this any different from what's already happening? Governments do regulat such information many places in the world. As do corporations in others.

Granted. Gas is now free! The increased gas consumption throws the climate out of whack, and drains the oil reserves completely within just a couple of decades. As no alternative is available when we do run out, the world economy collapses, subsequent wars arise and humanity is set into a thousand year long 'dark age' filled with war, famine, plagues, completely broken economy and more. At the end of it all a new order emerges where humanity for the rest of it's existence is subjected to a totalitarian rule harsher than any preceding it.
