That's already happened and been acknowledged.You would have to show that:
1. Thousand of ballot applications are being sent to people who aren't alive
How many count as "significant" to you? We have had elections for Congress decided by as few as single digits and it's not rare to have elections decided by several hundred out of millions of total votes cast.2. A significant number of people are submitting the application for the dead person.
The same.3. A significant number of those applications result in actual ballots being mailed.
The same.4. A significant number of those ballots actually get filled out and submitted.
That's just silly.5. And as good measure - that such fraud happens to one party/candidate/issue more than another, otherwise such fraud is just a wash.
