  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Lucerin Blue

anyone ever heard of 'em?

they're an awesome canadian rock band (yay for canadians! ) i've seen them in concert twice, and i'm on their street team. unfortunately, most of their shows are in canada, which i have no way of getting to... :(

but has anyone seen/heard these guys?

*hugs for _becca* lol you're the first person i've "met" who's also on the Street Team! lol that's AWESOME!

i wouldn't say they're brand new but they only have one album (that i'm aware of) and they're more well-known in canada then here in the us. im amazed that we got them here in indiana, twice even.

they're website is here: www.lucerinblue.com i have their album "Tales of the Knife" and they're currently working on a new one, which every1 is way stoked for! :D ^_^

you can buy their cd via they're site, but if you're like me and don't do that, then you may be able to find a download somewhere... i'll look around for a link to some of their music for you.

my favorite songs off the album: Monday in Vegas, Chorus of the Birds, Cold, and This Letter. in truth, i love the whole album but these were the songs immediately in mind. ;)

i'll find a link for their music ASAP for ya. i can post lyrics if you'd like.
