I saw that earlier and thought that in the Bible fool does not relate to being slow or even a person's intelligence
If you aren't using your intelligence or are slow to use it are you not all in all "acting" dumb?

Intelligence is a valuable resource, but most of us definitely don't have the sort of intelligence that, say, Albert Einstein had. The important thing for us Christians is that we use whatever intelligence God has given us in a way that serves God.
Each of us does have outlandish intelligence. Some just work harder with what they have.
Einstein had 10 times what he used and so do we.

I tried finding a bible verse about being mentally reduced(dumb) but all I could find is this:

1 Corinthians 1:26-29
26 For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. 27 But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; 28 God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, 29 so that no human being might boast in the presence of God.
Proverbs 30:2
Surely I am too stupid to be a man.
I have not the understanding of a man.
Psalm 94:8
Take notice, you senseless ones among the people;
you fools, when will you become wise?
Psalm 92:6
Senseless people do not know,
fools do not understand,
Job 18:3
Why are we regarded as cattle
and considered stupid in your sight?
Job 11:12
But the witless can no more become wise
than a wild donkey’s colt can be born human.
Proverbs 15:21
Folly brings joy to one who has no sense,
but whoever has understanding keeps a straight course.

What is the role of stupidity in the Bible? How does stupidity help you?

Isn't intelligence more important than stupidity?
I mean if you're dumb and you feel that your intelligence is low how can you get smarter? Just by praying?

From reading scripture it seems to state knowledge will increase but even then, some will never come to know the truth.

Intelligence can be seen in different ways as can stupidity.

I've come across some so-called intelligent people that I would consider quite stupid because they lack common sense and are useless in practical terms in the profession they have excelled in academically.

When I was a trainee engineer we used to service an air base. On one occasion there was a fault we were called out to but could not find a solution. At least three other engineers were called at different times and they also had no solution. Then two of the top engineers in our field fully over qualified and beyond were called and still no solution. We had an engineer that was the least qualified of everyone but we knew he was a very good engineer so, we suggested calling him. We were scoffed at for bringing him into the conversation but eventually he was called as their were no other avenues to follow. He spent just over 2 hours and solved the problem. This taught me an awful lot at a young age. This has been seen by myself in the avenues of engineering, law, sports and building construction.

I have had a few friends in my life and come across others that were considered stupid by society's standard but they have surpassed a great many of so-called intelligent people in regard to business and wealth.

A lot of people are being wasted in society that could be of great worth but due to their lack of academic prowess they're disregarded and classed as stupid and worthless.

Being born without intelligence in society, as society looks upon it, is the biggest prejudice in my view.

“But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;”
KJV

Peace be to all those in the Body of Christ.

Compared to God, we're all pretty unintelligent. It may be he views those among us who think we're smart as being the dumbest for thinking it.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:9

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:9
I love that scripture. But sometimes people use it to accuse God of doing evil things and then imply He does such things and we cannot understand why He does evil things so don't even try. Yet a quick reading of the passage in context, and we see that God's ways are BETTER, not worse than our ways.

Is 55:
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
10 For as the rain cometh down and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, and giveth seed to the sower and bread to the eater; 11 so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing; and all the trees of the fields shall clap their hands.
13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir-tree; and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle-tree: and it shall be to Jehovah for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

Nothing evil here:

rain cometh down and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, and giveth seed to the sower and bread to the eater
so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and
it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

For ye shall go out with joy, and
be led forth with peace:
the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing; and
all the trees of the fields shall clap their hands.

Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir-tree; and
instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle-tree: and
it shall be to Jehovah for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

So I do not know how some people can take this passage and justify God doing evil and explain it away by insisting that, Well, God is just too big to understand. It is saying the exact opposite. The passage clearly shows His ways are better, not worse.

Yet if you claimed God could be understood completely with the finite human mind, those same people would claim he can't be God then!

Yes... I hear that all the time. It is as if knowledge of God is a liability and harmful and ignorance is an asset. Where in scripture is such a thing intimated???

I have Asperger's. This means I have a low emotional IQ. That is different than a low intelligence IQ. I don't suffer from that. As a matter fact, I'm smart enough to recognize that many people assume I'm dumb or weird. That hurts. I can't pray my Asperger's away. I can't pray that other people understand. But I can pray for the strength to cope with the situation, and I get mixed results. But my advice is to pray for the possible instead of a solution for the impossible.

Know what the Bible means by wisdom?

Matthew 7:24-27 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of Mine and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon the rock: 25 And the rain descended and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house: and it fell not, for it was founded upon the rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of Mine and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: 27 And the rain descended and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house: and it fell, and great was the fall of it.

Proverbs 1:20-22 Wisdom sings aloud in passages, and in the broad places speaks boldly. And she makes proclamation on the top of the walls, and sits by the gates of princes; and at the gates of the city boldly says, So long as the simple cleave to justice, they shall not be ashamed. But the foolish being lovers of haughtiness, having become ungodly have hated knowledge, and are become subject to reproofs.LXX
