Recently my energy level has been really low lately, and I feel extremely tired. I have been getting enough sleep but it just seems some days I cannot move. I am a big guy (runs in the family) but I do eat healthy foods and exercise mostly walking. There have been no changes in my lifestyle that I feel could cause this besides I have cut out all caffeine in the last 3 months. I was just wondering if anybody had any suggestions on what I could do to improve my energy level all I want to do is lie down and sleep.
