Be yourself. A little of you will rub off on everyone you meet. The job is to sow seeds, not be a saviour.

Hint.. professional health related caregivers do not allow themselves to get personally involved with the care subjects simply because the stress would overwhelm them in time. Even a spouse spending 20 years as a health caregiver to their spouse will tell you the same and they don't have the luxury of stepping away.

Though I'd prefer if everyone had someone who loved God and them, and showed them God's Love. That is what I want to be for everyone, at least. Maybe then everyone would have a better chance come judgement day. I'm so stupid, do you know that I prayed to God that he would save everyone. How silly is that? I even told him I would go to the ends of the Earth for just one person.

But the funniest part is...I meant it...I truly meant it, every word. I could have sworn I heard a voice say, "I will." On that night, I cried those tears for everyone who is lost, and I truly meant it...I just don't know, i'm so silly. I know not everyone will make it to heaven.

But what if everyone had someone like Jesus, a little Christ by their side, someone who would never give up on them, and always loved them no matter what.

The truth is I want to be that kind of person. I want to be a true friend to everyone. But i don't know what to do, what do I do?

I love that. And, you already are well on the way to how to be a friend to everyone, in a good way -- you just love them as joyous... As you'd have them love you. Praise God.

I'm thinking about that. I try to simply pray all the ways Christ said. Those prayers are answered. I did remember this:
26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

The purest form of love.. nothing in it for yourself. Think of it as the fuel of the universe and as being unconditional.

I think that's the best way to express your faith and exemplify your beliefs. Sometimes words are not enough. Show don't tell has merit.

I've cried over celebrities or other prominent people. That's my burden. I have a similar one for Jews. I love them immensely. They're my people.

I know, and thanks. The truth is I'm a shattered mind, a hardened heart, and a broken soul. I cope with it all by being myself and accepting the truth of reality and moving forward but if there's anything I regret, it's that in my past I only cared about myself.

Now I'm trying to love with my life.

Share IN it. The experience of feeling it would lead you to also be unconditional in that love as you would love enemy and sinner as much as those you see as oppressed. You would treat the enemy and sinner as just the same as you if you had been made in the same image as they, to understand how the same self serving self determining will of man makes monsters out of all of us in varying ways.

I agree. But doesn't that mean that everyone would make it to heaven after all? If it was God saying "I will" after I prayed for him to save everyone, wouldn't that contradict the whole thing about not everyone will make it to heaven if he saves everyone?
