I've been watching Joyce Meyer for about a year now, even read a couple of her books. I just love her, she is so down to earth and practical. She's really helped me grow in my walk with the Lord. I'm curious to see who around here also appreciates her ministry.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Has anyone heard of Andrew Wommack? I first listened to Joyce who changed my life, but then i found Andrew and it blew my mind! he truly has a gift for teaching in an easy to understand way. i highly recommend him.

Yes... but for me I have a little trouble absorbing his Singaporean english accent. I'm glad I have one of his books... Destined to Reign. Got 4 readings so far. One needs to read several times on his teaching on God's GRACE.

I've always liked Joyce's ministry - reminds me a LOT of Bob Mumford, and the teaching of the "Ft. Lauderdale 5" back in the early '70s. the only other TV preacher that I bother with is TD Jakes, whos also "Right ON" consistently.
