Before I say what I'd like to say, you're 13, right? Depending on your state, I believe that once you're 12 or older, you have a fairly substantial say on where you end up as far as the courts are concerned. I'm sure that varies from state to state but I think once you're 12 you at least have some input legally.
You're mom, no offense intended, sounds very childish. I'm not too sure about your dad but it sounds like too kids fighting over a teddy bear. An unlike a teddy bear, you have feelings that are being messed with.
Your mother says don't get in the middle of it, yet she yells at you for being 30 minutes late, therefore PUTTING you in the middle. She is contradicting herself.
One poster said that if you believe God's word, you should honor your parents, but this isn't a one-way street here. Yes honor and respect them, but if they believe God's word they shouldn't be exasperating you. I think it would be perfectly acceptable to respectfully let them know that you're downright exasperated!
