I am so totally in love with this show!!! It's good in a survivor/Lord of the Flies way, but it also has that weird mystery stuff going on.

WHAT IS UP WITH THE POLAR BEAR?? That's driving me nuts. And the French recording or whatever? I love shows like this, but hate them at the same time cuz there are all these cliffhangers and questions...aughh!!

My favorite character is Sayid, and maybe the pregnant girl (Claire? something like that...). I also like Dom Monaghan (but I'm a huge LOTR fan, so how could I not name him? )

I can hardly wait for the next episode!

Did I ever think I would like the Republican Guard characture?
I think they might kill the loner next show. He has the asthma inhalers and won't
give them to the asthmatic.
He is a good villian. I love to hate his char. ecspecially when he played with the knowledge of the cave in.

As far as I have seen they have not said what crime she had comitted. But sounded like a violent crime.

I am terrible with names in real life. Can someone list the names of the charactures?

I LOVE this show! And Locke is probably my favorite character. He has become the wise man of the island - he understands things that the others don't yet.

Perhaps we may be getting the characters mixed up. The computer guy, trying to locate the signal, I believe is from Iraq. The blonde hoarder of asthma inhalers and the rest of the stuff he scrounges up I thought to be from the US.

One in the same. This last episode showed his history.
He had given up that path until the inhalers incident.

Great episode.

The hoarder is forgetting two things.

1. The things he collected belong to either the dead or the other people with him. It is not finders keepers. Maybe a finders fee.
2. To get the public water, he has to pay too. This is the way of
free enterprise. everything could be free to every that contributes to the
good of the people. But those that satisfy themselves, can pay for everything.

I don't see Sawyer as evil, I think he's just so bitter and jaded that he just doesn't care all that much about anything including himself. He can be redeemed, he just has to want it.
