I'm looking for someone to collaborate with to make a short film to enter into the Christian Worldview Film Festival. If anyone would like to write a script for the movie, or if you have any ideas it would be much appreciated.

You must secure permission from the festival to shoot them because they are copyrighted and they must premier at the 168 Christian Film fest. After that, you can enter them at christian world view or any other festival. It's an excellent way to make a first film if you are not a writer. And if you are a student it is even easier, check the web site for details.
