does anyone realize that the liver is the organ that removes toxins from your bloodstream, and oxidizes alcohol and poisons in your blood. All the nasty things that get stored there to eventually be broken up, I would never even think about touching it let alone eating it. My dad really likes it though.

Yes I love liver and onions I had this when I was growing up at home yum. But since I live with my daughter I can't eat this cause she hates the smell of liver and onions.
