Aren't exit polls EXTREMELY unreliable?

Usually. They were back in 2004 because everyone claimed Kerry was winning, only to have Bush end up winning. They're not terribly reliable and often Democrats tend to participate in them more than Republicans.

Fox has it 78 Obama 71 Romney. They've called Illinois for Obama even though they're tied at 25%... I think they're just guessing!

Yep they sure can be. One poll taker told the exit tally-ers to not ask older, white men...meaning it was skewed from the get-go eh?

Obama is still going to win. I just don't see any way that Ohio and Florida will swing for Romney, although I wish they would.

No surprise there. I used to live in TN and it's a very conservative state.

Yes, FL holds open the polls for anyone who is in line before the closing hour at 7 pm... if you're in line at that time, you get to vote.
