I think you may have gotten it wrong, iamredeemed.If one who says they are in Christ, succeeds in being loved by
militant sinners, where Jesus and the Apostles all failed to the point
they were barbarically murdered then it is probably a good idea to
check the Theology one is following and on whose side one actually stands.
In reality and on these boards as well, there are many people who disagree with homosexuality that I get along with. They are, for the most part, strong in their faith and confident in their views. But I have respect for them because they treat me in a respectful manner.
However, you seem to be saying that if you haven't gotten the "militant sinners" to hate you, you haven't done your job. Ultimately I don't think that way of thinking is going to help your faith gain any followers. In fact,as it has happened time and time again, it will only push people away.
