A fantasy that summer only happens now !
Not at all. Seasons existed, but a tree that grew in weeks did not get rings from seasons then. You simply try to extrapolate the present nature into the unknown past, and that is religion.

15 May 2018 dad: A couple of lies about the Oklo natural nuclear fission reactor.

It is a real natural nuclear reactor. The rest is basically a lie because the source of the water moderating the reaction is as above.

Not at all.

They claim it was submerged deep under the earth and resurfaced. I have debated this many times, and provided links. There was the magic elevator ride miles under, the magic resurfacing when needed to the surface. There are any other aspects of the fable that are also absolutely pure faith based. If you thought you could allude to Oklo without knowing really what you are talking about, sorry. Not gonna happen.

Chapter and verse where it says that trees grew to full size in weeks?

16 May 2018 dad: A "try to extrapolate the present nature" lie.
As explained before, the chronology established by ice layers or tree rings is not just counting layers or rings and relying on the fact that seasons exist today. The chronology is checked using historical, past records. That seasons existed is also in the historical records, including the Bible.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-22: "For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven...". Genesis implies seasons with no mention of different lighting from the Sun.

16 May 2018 dad: A "and that is religion" lie.
Extrapolating known, working science into the past is standard science. For example, we have the orbital parameters of the Earth today. We can calculate where the Earth was 100 or 1000 or 10,000 years ago and can be confident that we get it correct.
That is based on the reasonable and rational assumption that the laws of physics do not change unless we have evidence that they change.

Noah sent a bird. No trees. A week later...fresh leaves from a tree. In the garden of eden...God planted...man could eat a week later.

You can easily show that you do not just have "magic" rants - give your sources that show that the geological history of the Oklo area is impossible.

That depends on what you consider history. If you mean the made up dunking of the sites for eons, and resurfacing as needed on cue..that is not history.

16 May 2018 dad: A complete fantasy that trees grew in weeks and got tree rings from whatever he imagines produced them back then (pixies dust :D?).
Since you have n clue what nature the trees grew in we sure won't ask you. Thankfully God already told us.

Not at all actually. You can only look at present nature realities and try to use those in your religious extrapolations.

We have historical records of trees, historical records of seasons, The Bible's record of seasons, etc.

17 May 2018 dad: Quote what God told us about tree rings so this does not become a lie.

Give your sources and evidence that the geological history of Oklo did not happen as geologists have found it to happen.
Show the evidence for the sites going miles under and later resurfacing? Ha.

We have historical records of trees, historical records of seasons, The Bible's record of seasons, etc.
Show the record to us of Adam and Noah's day then? Not sure who you think you are fooling.

17 May 2018 dad: A lying question because he cited the evidence of a geologist giving the Oklo geological history.
Correct. The sites being submerged and later brought back to the surface is part of the story. This is news?

That was just because the trees were still submerged or too far away. And (taking Eden literally here for the purpose of this discussion) the plants there obviously weren't normal and it was even stated once Adam and Eve left that from then on growing things would be a lot more difficult.
