I'm happy to hear that you don't think I have religious OCD, but I am concerned that I might. I know that you disagree with me on the issue of eternal torment, but hear me out for a second. I want you to understand my feelings on this. My view is that the early church all believed that eternal life came from Jesus Christ with a physical resurrection to life. I believe this is the pure gospel. Those who reject this will not have eternal life. I believe this is esssential christianity. I believe that a few hundred years after the church was started, a heretic group pushed it's way into the christian church. This heretic group started saying that the soul is eternal and then they started the doctrines of eternal bliss in heaven and eternal torment in hell. This false doctrine (in my view) spread like wild fire until it completely eclipsed the true gospel. The false teachers were so successful that now anyone who holds the true gospel is called a heretic.
I am angry that the christian church was hi-jacked by this group, and that's why I post so much on the topic of hell. I want the church to reject the false doctrine and get back to the true gospel.

In my anger at the false teachers I get a little obsessed. I continually wonder why they can't see the plain message of scripture, and what can I do or say to make them see the truth. The false doctrine has come into my house and wife and son both believe it. The false teachers have convinced them that I am the heretic. This angers me, because I believe the false doctrine is a tool of the enemy.

If you have truly forgiven me for my beliefs, then why do you still call them foolish and childish and a host of other things?

you just need to let all your bitterness go or else....

Jesus would not condone fart talk at all. Is it funny when you go to the bathroom willie? When you sit on the toilet and you release your feces do you crack a smile and laugh hysterically? Why is it that farting is so funny to you? You should take time to really meditate and pray about this. (note I did not call you childish, as you did to me repeatedly). Self control is a fruit of the spirit too willie.

A man went to the doctor and said "hey doc, please help me. I fart all the time but they don't smell bad and there is no sound." The doctor said, "ok, just take these pills and come back in a week". After a week the man comes back and says "Doc, you made it worse, now my farts smell terrible." The doctor says, "Now that your sinuses are cleared up, take these pills to fix your ears."
