'Fighter-cells' Not needed, as no-infection in my body.

What needs to happen, actually ((for each of us
EACH night)), so long as we're in DEEP-sleep:
1. our White-cells engulf-&-transport 'old & broken' cells away.
while
2. simultaneously, body takes from bone-marrow: Adult UNdifferentiated, PLURIpotent Stem-cells (which
can develop into any tissue(s) needed), & THIS is how we grow Hair, Nails, Skin, a new liver; or as in my case
now: *a New-heart*

(as for prolonged-Rising, they need lotsa... 1-leg strength)

Michelle's Outside spread-eagles I've got Ample! turn-out in my skates.
Now, just gotta git/master my balance ON-ice
&
my coveted Biehlmann I've got my Free-leg up to my shoulders;
(about 2 ft.below hers), or at shoulder-height. (This is another Senior-move,
the coaches at our Rink, dare not believe... I play... with:
as I'm more, or less, at beginner-level), currently & currents can vastly improve, Right!
AND

my Waltz-jumps are going well too:
just gotta get my Back-landings to solo THEN, I'll be off to the races; or
erm, heading for my 1st. ever Program (all of 60-seconds short), lol
