Okay well since the cap has been changed lets try to help Ty and everyone with alot of rep to hit that cap!!!So all you have to do is rep them!!
And I know it will take a while but they've done alot so LETS DO IT!!!!!You can also rep anyone else just for fun!

The cap has not been changed, not yet. Ty is at rep maximum, so I assume he can't receive any of the reps you give him.

If someone wants to give them a rep let them.


But you are correct in that the cap hasn't been changed yet. (There will always be some form of cap, it's the nature of software)

Eek!!! I just repped him. I've been away for most of the past couple of months and didn't realize there was a cap and that Ty had reached it. He helped me out a lot when I was new here, as did so many people. Oh well, I'll just have to get him again when the cap is raised!
