(Psalms 148) is a wonderful Psalm of praise! 'Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens,praise Him in the heights above. Praise Him all His angels,praise Him all His heavenly hosts. Praise Him,sun and moon,praise Him all you shining stars. Praise Him,you highest heavens and you waters above the skies. Let them praise the name of the LORD,for He commanded and they were created. He set them in place for ever and ever. He gave a decree that will never pass away' (Psalms 148:1-6) .......................
'Praise the LORD from the earth.........................................
Let them praise the name of the LORD,for His name alone is exalted,His splendour is above the earth and the heavens...' (Psalms 148:7-14) How wonderful it is to praise the God of all creation!

'Praise the Lord' is a command,but it is also a delight. To focus our appreciation upon God lifts our focus from ourselves,to Himself. When we see God as He is,we see ourselves as we are and we are called to surrender our ways to God and confess our sin and failings and find forgiveness and peace and power to live for Him

Praise Him all you heavenly beings and praise Him all you earthly beings. He is Worthy to be praised!
