Okay guy's you got on alto of other OCD forums ppl trying to crame down your throat to do ERP. I'm not against it. I just believe that some get it and some don't. My setbacks are my dreams. I always wake up anxious due to a dream that casued that. Now today I allowed the anxiety to be there. took a nap and when I woke up I felt fine. The funny thing about it is my dream from last night wasn't even that scary. The dream I had when I had the nap was a litl more anxiety provoking but it didn't. So you see at work here a different law where there is floating anxiety. Now I've bounced back and doesn't mean I won't have another setback. Just means that I have came a very long way in my recovery.
