Thank you to everyone for all your help answering my questions. But I'm going to move on. Unfortunately I still don't believe in God. It was the fear of going to hell that made me come searching but I'm sorry I just don't believe in it. I believe that every religious person feels something inside them and that its this feeling that connects people with their scriptures. I think if there was a God from a specific religion, then its existence would be unquestionable, nothing would need to be debated, it would just be unchallengeable.

Farewell, Godspeed etc a couple quick points:

Feelings aren't so important, but what I would say is anyone's deep convictions go beyond the emotional and intellectual level.

God is not "from religion." Religion is man-made, an effort to reach up to God. Our arms are simply too short

If nothing were questionable, challengeable, et al, we wouldn't need Faith. God expressly says we need that to please Him, and indeed the concepts make no sense otherwise.

I was were you are at one point and it took something very dramatic and lifechanging for me to come out of it, I hope you find faith in a different way than I did, but if not, I just hope you find faith, your life does get better.
