It seems to me that those with all the big reps are running the repaholics forum, no offense, but that is what I see.
I'm sorry but I totally disagree with you. Most of us here work hard for our reps.
Maybe the ones with little reppage are tired of feeling unimportant and ignored in their new threads. Seems to be an elite group here that gets all the attention. I know this gets me down. The same people get popular threads most of the time and the same ones make new threads all the time. Why not visit some of the other threads that are back a ways and show some caring for others, too. It seems there are attention junkies here. This is IMHO. Forgive me if I offend anyone.
I can't speak for everyone obviously, but I have worked hard for my reps. I've taken the time to get to know people here.
If people are only here to get reps then they are not going to prosper much. Some may if they buy their reps or use their sock accounts to rep themselves. However they are losing out on what's really important and that's the fellowship.

Each person needs to do the work that's needed to prosper here. Just sitting back with your hands out for reps is not going to get one very far. I say that in general and not at any one particular person.
People need to take the time to fellowship with others. It's not about the reps it's about the people.
