Kutless

Now, don't get me wrong, I am a huge Kutless fan. For a long time now, I have been listening to the song 'Run' by Kutless but cannot figure out which instrument is being played in the interlude. Can can anybody help me out?

No one in Mortal Treason plays a cello either, but there are cellos in * at least* two songs on Sunrise Over A Sea Of Blood.

A worthwhile trivia fact about Kutless is that, while still in their independent days in Portland, they were good friends with Falling Up who lived in Albany.
After Kutless was contracted with Tooth and Nail, they were instrumental in getting Falling Up signed.

We saw them with the newsboys last week in Bethlehem, PA and the singer mentioned that they started out as a worship band...

They were great live. I just heard from one of my friends that is a super Kutless fan that because they are not headlining on the GO tour they've toned down their energy a bit. From what I understand they are usually a "bigger presence" on stage. She said one of the band members told her himself that they had to make a conscious decision to do that because the newsboys fans weren't receiving them as well otherwise...

This frustrates me when people say thins. Kutless was a rock band first. Well, their first record was. As was their second. It was not until their THIRD album that they released a worship cd. Lots of people who have recently become Kutless fans think they are a worship band but they are so much more. I definately got into Kutless back in the day before they were even popular (before Sea of Faces)

Perhaps. But generally, please do not classify Kutless as a worship band please. They are so much more.

Oh, I absolutely agree with you on that. We saw them in concert, and they are a rock band all the way! I wouldn't classify them as a worship band at all...

My friend is going to meet all of them and their families tonight before the concert in Hershey. She made cookies for all of them, and blankets for all their kids. This is the first time she'll get to meet all of them in person and she is sooo excited.

Yea, Kutless is a well rounded band with allot of great stuff. I've seen them Praise and worship and I've seen them Rock out with Disciple! Christ-B-With-U! DPadre
