  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I am not a movie goer. The last time I went was to see The Passion and that was a special occassion/event for my bride and I.

This past weekend, I saw Kung Fu Panda. The kids were spending the weekend with Grandma but she heads the womens minsitry at church and they were doing a service at a local retirement home Sunday afternoon. So, Grandpa and I volunteered to take the kids.

It wasn't as funny as I expected but it had its moments. It had plenty of action. All in all, aside from costing almost $100 to take 7 people to see a flick, I enjoyed it. It even had my 4 year old quiet and on the edge of his seat the whole time.....a miracle, I say!!!

My son(37) his 6 yr. old daughter(my granddaughter) and I saw this yesterday at the theater and we loved it! Judging by all the laughter in the theater and the applause when it ended,I would say we all loved it!

The writing and production values all around are excellent. I hope it wins ALL the awards.

Consistently funny throughout, with none of the usual crude or sexually suggestive humor,it is totally non-offensive,which was such a refreshing change! It is also really beautiful to look at.
