KJV 1769 vs 1873?

I just looked through my KJV's and found to my surprise I do own a 1873 edition. It is published by Hendrickson Bibles. It appears to be just spelling changes. I just found a copy online, read the preface, that gives the details of it. The preface is slightly different to the preface in the one I have in front of me right now.

It appears Dr. F. H. A. Scrivener was part of the committee which produced the Revised Version. Another red flag for me. Interesting to own one though.
