Kissing before you actually start to date? Advice!

He posted pictures of him and this girl at a bar....He's just not ready to give up the single life I think. I'm pretty much over what ever we had. :/ I'd give him the cold shoulder/back off but I don't want him thinking I just wanted a fling or gave up. Cause that's not the case. If he wants me, he'll do some effort or pursue me. The last time we stopped talking he said it was my fault when really I was waiting for him to make the first move. Help?!

Forget this guy. He is not worth your time or energy. Flirting is wrong and you know it. Stop leading him on and causing yourself more anguish.
