is it ok that I have a statue of Ganesh and Buddha in a Christian I don't worship them I just like the way they look
Personally, I wouldn't have them. People do worship Buddha (don't know about Ganesh), so people might think you do too. It's just a bad testimony imo.

As a Buddhist, I also have a statue of Buddha ... I do not worship it, but I do respect it. The respect is not given to the statue as an offering to a living thing, but it is meant for self-development.
Lovely I consider my self a Christian Buddhist and in soom senses Hindu

Yes so tell me your thoughts on the afterlife reincarnation or no reincarnation
I would call it rebirth instead of reincarnation, in light of the fact that rebirth is happening every moment of every day in our lives. What we are today is not the same as what we were yesterday, and so forth. In the same way, after the visible death of our physical bodies, I do believe that the stream of life continues on in some shape or form (unless one has achieved nibbana). Yourself?

I don't believe I. Reincarnation myself but I don't deny the possibilities but I do believe that desire is the main cause of suffering and I love many of then Buddhist scriptures in actually more biased toward the Hindu scriptures I love there beauty and depth

Then why does your profile says "Catholic". You ought to change it soon. It is not an honest statement of your faith, hopefully, it was simply a mistake.

I wonder when all the "Christian seekers" are going to actually pretend to seek something besides a way to argue against God? I've yet to see a single instance of it on here, wondering if it's not simply a ruse.

It is better to appreciate what Ganesh or Buddha says rather than the figure of them. They said many things agreeable to Christians.

I have many jade sculptures of Buddha. I like the jade and the sculpture. I don't care about the Buddha. I also have many jade sculptures of Daoistic deists.

You should deny it. Because you are a Christian and Christianity do not teach reincarnation.

However, the idea of reincarnation is an erroneous elaboration of resurrection taught in Christianity. I believe incarnation (based on the Bible), but not reincarnation.

So the idea is close and similar, but is only half true. If you appreciate it and seriously consider the possibility, then you are falling into a trap set by satan.

If so, you should take the "Christian" off the title. Because it makes the title a logic joke and is not respectful.

You are leaving the Christianity, No matter how would you like to call yourself.
A Christian respects and obeys the first commandment in the Bible.
Other religions may be OK on some of their doctrines. But not OK on their gods. Do not mix idols and teachings.

If you like to talk about teachings on eastern religion, I am willing to talk about them with you.
