Just To Update

I had an appointment with the ED clinic yesterday and they've agreed to see me for individual therapy so now I just have to wait to get to the top of the waiting list!!! I am nervous about it because I know they will want me to talk about things I don't really want to discuss and things I've never told anyone before but I want to get better and to heal!!!! Anyways just thought I would update, I hope everyone is doing alright. love you all xxx

that's so great, I am glad you are getting help and that you are willing to get help. That is so awesome. And it will be hard, but talking will be the best thing for you.

I hope you are able to open up and be honest with the therapist. There is a saying in 12 step recovery. We are only as sick as our secrets.

God knows what is hurting you. Trust Him to open up those wounds, and cleanse them and heal them. They are like an abscess that needs to be excised.
