And here I thought you had sincere questions, struggling, wanting help. Naww, I get in trouble if I start defending the bible and get accused for judging. Good bye.

Very sincere. I am sorry if I said something that seems not . And you can judge me any way you like, I don't mind

Many have struggled with these same issues as they look into world religions and try to figure everything out. Every human being has an innate desire to know about and understand spiritual matters. And come into personal contact with Truth.

Keep asking and we'll answer as best we can. God bless you, in Christ.
Thank you. I'm quite confused, to be honest

No one has the right to judge another human being. You debate an issue and somehow you get chastised for it. There's NOTHING WRONG with what you've said. Stay. Stay because I need a friend.

I like honest conversation. I don't mind any opinion. That's why I'm here

Everything :)

Lol, I hear you. Here's how I figured out Christianity. There are folks who go to church, and that's as far as it goes. They may have beliefs, but their lives often don't look too different from anyone else's.

Then there are those who know and follow Christ. Somehow, somewhere, He made a huge difference in their lives, and now everything's different. The same, but different.

I drifted for years all over. Never wanted Christ to be the answer. Long story short, now He's my Messiah and King. I used to laugh at Christians and think they were idiots. Seriously. How could they limit God as they did when there was so much beauty and truth in other religions? Poor things! How blind they were!

I get it now. But it took my own journey and lots of seeking and asking and reading to get there. You got your own journey, and there's a God who's got your back, and who loves you, and who is capable of getting you on the right track.

It's not that, it's just once a person says 'the bible is too weak and has contradictions' then I have nothing to work with except man's opinion...one opinion vs another.
I run on the assumption that a person has come to the point where they are convinced God's Word is true. I'm not called to be a philosopher or psychiatrist but a bible counsellor for those struggling to make heads or tails of their walk.
The fault is mine because this room is for non christians struggling.
My contention is they are struggling because they have drunk some sort of kool aid telling them them the bible has contradictions.
I will leave this forum.

I think that other religions aren't better - each religion has its own truths and problems. Some religions are actually more or less related to each other, though they may deny it. Thank you for the reassuring words.

I understand, thank you for explaining deeper. You are right. No arguing is ever productive. I didn't come to argue, I started talking on this subject because you mentioned the lack of faith agreeing to my OP, so I followed up to try and analyze the reasons.
