I do not know if you have been around with me in debates, but I do not believe that insurance should be REQUIRED to cover anything, moreover I certainly do not feel they should be required to pay for something that for many not all, but for many people could be handled by self-control.Insurance should be required to cover it. It's a Medical issue as well as a Health Issue.

Yes, if it is my business then I should be able to determine whom I serve ( by the way I am handicapped and as such I benefit from the ADA, but if someone chooses to not be accessiable I can simply choose to take my business elsewhere, and then are plenty of buildings still standing that are not required to have handicap access as they were built prior to 1990.That you want to give businesses the freedom to discriminate.
