They both lied, both should have been booted. But the judge would have to explain to his Democrat colleagues why he didn't to everything he could to get Trump and why he had a black female removed.
A 6 yr old knows they both lied.

It's not a hit job, it's justice. We need judges who will uphold the law and not worry about pandering to their Democrat colleagues. These cases against Trump continue to break down because they are unprecedented cases of trying to twist the law--where normal legal procedures are abandoned.
What is the point of justice? The moment Georgia finds Trump guilty of anything will be the moment you or some other Trump supporter will cry out that an injustice was done to Trump.

I’m not a Trump supporter. I simply enjoy exposing lies.

Mostly everything, Where have you been?

He was just penalized for 450 million for lying about business appraisals and loans. Where have you been?
The reality is, anyone who has property, and who gets that property appraised, will go with the appraisal which is highest. Makes sense right?
It happens every day in this country.
Trump got his property appraised so that he could get a loan. He was given the loan by the bank. He paid back the loan and interest. There is no victim.

All I have to say is that a six year old knows Trump lied.

If you're going to try a political hit job on a prosecutor, be sure you finish the job.

It's not a hit job, it's justice.
Not yet, but it's coming.

Judges upholding the law is exactly what has Trump terrified.

Our Constitution has been blatantly violated.

Eighth Amendment: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Trump tried. He failed.

For Trump, being held to the same rules as everyone else, is "unconstitutional!"

It worked exactly the same for him as it does for anyone else who loses a lawsuit. What a crybaby.

He doesn't even need to cry about it. He just gets mad.

It's his syncophants that are so busy crying.

Just because the amount of the disgorgement is large doesn't make it large in a constitutional sense.

But this wouldn't be excessive, it would be in line with the amount of ill begotten gains. The punishment/fine would need to match the crime.

To me the why isn't as important as the fact she lied under oath--committed perjury. She should be swiftly prosecuted and disbarred.
I had heard he was up for election again soon in a liberal distict. That is why he did not do anything to her. Wade and her both lied under oath.
