lol i see you've edited your post.....

anyways i was being sarcastic. I mean, with that much evidence its hard to see how it isn't alredy a theory. (or a fact for that matter)

But it doesn't surprise me at all since it is my belief that if there was anything true in the bible, bible critiques wouldn't admit it.

I think these might be my favourte bible verses, John 3:15-20...

[bible]John 3:15-20[/bible]

Though, I understand that myths can change over time, if the night/day was changed in the stories/myths, why is it that we find them in the order that I want them to be in?

Probably because Bouw and Bowden only told you about the myths that can be twisted to support their beliefs. Take, for example, the Japanese myth about the sun goddess Amaterasu hiding in a cave. That's a "long night" myth which falls in the "long day" section of your map. Funny that your geocentrist buddies didn't think to mention that one, isn't it?

The only reason you're finding them in the order you want them to be in is because the creationists are withholding information from you. Try doing some independent research.

Can you reference that? If what you're saying is true, I would email Bouw about it.

and heres my quote, by Stephen Roberts

I really like the quote in my signature too...

...The world has just as many myths today as it had 3000 years ago. Can we help if the humanists and Bible critics have swallowed every myth we have today while rejecting the Truth as myth? Having said that, we need to prove our point for we are, after all, challenging the established belief system. -Gerardus D. Bouw

Ok, is this the only myth you can find that is not in the right order? Can you find all of them?

I mean, OEC's agree with the mainstream accepted age of the earth, TE's believe in biological evolution and the accepted age of the earth, but alot of christians still believe in biblical innerency. If you want, you can visit Hugh Ross' site as an example...

nvm....not one of thouse stupid creationist sites....anywho

how would it be physically possible to have the earth stand still.

Hugh Ross is an evolutionist. I'm not answering the "how", how = "God did it". I'm only trying to put out the evidence of the occurence..

That's the only one I knew off the top of my head. I'm sure if you keep looking you'll turn up more examples, although it'll take some time - mythology's a huge subject.

Hugh Ross is an evolutionist.

No. He's an OEC.
