For years I avoided Piper believing he was too charismatic and emotional but now realize I was wrong. Any recommended sermons?

He may be too Calvinistic for those who reject Calvinism. But if that is your cup of tea, then listen to him. Also, he has gone on and one about "enjoying God". Scripture simply tells us to love God with our whole being.

He's preached through Romans (the section on 3:21ff was especially good), and he did a series on what it means to be born again.

His preaching on what people perceive as "radical" obedience just seems like regular obedience to me. Loving God with your whole heart and finding joy in Christ alone seems pretty solid but I will read/listen cautiously.
