If anyone watched all of the specials on JFK a few months back on the history channel for the 40th anniversary of his death, I am not sure how you could come away from those thinking there was not multiple gunmen.

One show concluded that, because of the estimated trajectory, a bullet must have come from the ground... which makes no sense at all really. That is made no sense until the visited the site and found a drainage opening in the curb that fit their theory perfectly. It was somewhere below the grassy knoll where people claimed to have heard a shot, and it empied out a few miles down the way--a perfect getaway.

I am a natural skeptic, but from what I've seen and read I am pretty much conviced it was more than one shooter. But I must say that historians and professors I have talked to and respect a great deal still believe there was 1 shooter, no conspiracy. That is the main reason why I still say "I don't know". But I think, as said above, we will never know the truth.

I think that Oswald was responsible.

There might have been one other gunman involved but, to my knowledge, there's no hard evidence of this. I don't certainly don't buy the business about the CIA or the Mafia being involved. I think that if anyone other than Oswald was involved, it was just another rebel like himself.

I voted lone gunman, no conspiracy. I could be wrong but I'm highly skeptical.

Did you read funyun's articles on the last page? I read the beginning of one, and that pretty much seals it for me. Granted, I was already convinced that there were multiple gunmen that weren't Oswald.

I'm not going to pretend that I know who the gunmen were, who was involved, who planned it etc...

But the bullet could not have come from behind, the fatal shot pushed him BACK AND TO THE LEFT.

The real tragedy is America just loved JFK to pieces, but not enough to get to the bottom of who actually shot Kennedy.

I haven't seen any evidence yet that has convinced me that there was only one marksman. The evidence to the contrary just seems too great.

Anyone who has ever shot a rifle will know that it had to have been more than one gunman. Three rounds from a bolt-action rifle in what 4 or 5 sec. oh let us not forget that they all were fired with very good aim in that little time and with all that pressure. More than one gunman.

Having been born in Dallas and then moving to the suburbs some half hour away, I have seen more documentaries and spent more classtime on the topic than anyone ever needs to . I feel that the third choice is the reality, although we will never know for sure.

I grew up in Dallas and would like to tell you that I saw the whole thing...but I didn't. I heard on the radio that shots had been fired, so drove downtown. As I was parking my car the report on the radio was that JFK was dead. The Schoolbook Deposity Bldg. was surrounded by DPD officers with Thompson sub-machine guns, although Oswald was long gone by then.

I've been in that building, which is now a museum, and looked out of the window next to the actual window and tried to imagine hitting a moving target from there. I don't know...

JFK was one man that stood firmly in the way of the Illuminati's agenda of a New World Order (one world government) - he was truly a President of, for and by the people. Hence, he had to be assassinated - there were many willing to do the dirty deed courtesy of the CIA.
