Real name: Jeff Hinston
Super identity: The Kinetic Mirror or Snap.
Age: 24
Powers: Stores kinetic energy in his body, released in bursts of light green energy wherever he pleases. Energy can only be released by kinetic force, such as being hit or snapping his fingers. He can also become totally unmovable, absorbing all kinetic energy contacting him. He cannot move in this state.
Origin: He was not experimented on, as so many super-powered individuals are. His mother was working in the experimentation field, and injected her own baby with prototype hormones and chemicals while it was still in her womb. The birth was painful, and his mother died. After years of the researchers thought the sacrifice was in vain, they stopped surveillance. After his powers manifested, they tried to capture him, but he killed them all with his power.
Appearance: Slightly short, his costume is of a dark green cloth with several small circular disks that further enhance his kinetic assimilation abilities. His mask has no mouth opening, but his eye holes have mirrored lens.
Story: He became a hero in his late teens, after discovering his powers after getting struck by a car. The kinetic energy released itself explosively as his foot struck the ground while getting off his hospital bed. The resulting burst knocked the nurse unconcious. He escaped the hospital and developed his powers, becoming the hero Snap. After he became more well known, newspapers depicted him as The Kinetic Mirror, which he decided fit.
